The scale can be used in manual and automatic mode, enabling the user to use the scale for non-recipe related weighing tasks.
The ingredient scale is made out of a weighing bridge with an integrated high resolution amplifer for high speed scaling. The plattform capacity is up to 30 kg with 1 g resolution.
The scale is directly connected to the pCON or LX recipe control system which provides the user interface. The scale does NOT work without a recipe controller.
