The BDS bag dump system enables space-saving and hygienic storage of all types of flours and meals.
For filling, the bag dumping station is easy to open and the dust produced is extracted immediately.
Removal is effected by fluidization via a vibrating floor. At the lowest point of the vibrating floor a blow-through sluice is mounted which doses the raw material into the conveying system. Depending on the type of plant, the material is transported into the hopper scale via pressure or suction pneumatics.
